We were fortunate to be able to talk to Dr. Rachel Zoffness, who is a pain & health psychologist, medical consultant, author, speaker, and expert on nonpharmacological approaches to pain management. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCSF School of Medicine, where she teaches pain education for medical residents, and serves as pain education faculty at Dartmouth. We got to chat about her recent book The Pain Management Workbook.
